The emails located on our server use the SpamExperts spam filtering system. You can access the spam filter management through the Plesk control panel on the page Websites & Domains -> Spam Filter -> Manage in SpamFilter Panel:
From the spam filter management, you can, among other things, check the status of incoming emails, release blocked messages, or modify restrictions for individual senders.
You can check the incoming messages under the "Logs" in the Incoming section
In the next page, you can set the rules for how you want to search for incoming messages. The example below shows the default settings, which display all messages from (1) week ago.
Select the magnifying glass icon to search for messages using the settings you’ve defined.
Incoming messages are displayed by default based on their arrival time. You can see the status of each message on the page, for example, whether it was delivered successfully, rejected, or moved to quarantine. Messages can be restored from quarantine, in which case they will be sent to the recipient's email shortly.
Block the sender or add to the allowed list
You can block or allow senders in the incoming mail settings. If you want to block a sender, select 'Sender block list':
On the next page, select 'Block sender', after which the following view will appear:
Enter the email address in the Address field that you want to block future messages from. If you want to block all messages from a specific domain, enter only the domain (not the full email address). Finally, click 'Save'.
After saving, the blocked user will appear on the blocked list, where you can modify settings or remove the block if needed:
You can add email addresses to the allowed list in the same way, but first, select 'Sender allow list' in the incoming mail settings:
Note: This is not recommended, as after the change, all messages sent from that address will be delivered without spam filtering, regardless of the content of the message.
