Canceling a service

The renewal of the ordered service can be canceled through the customer pages until the end of the current contract period. If your customer page is located at https://old.domainkeskus.com/ (old customer page), you cannot cancel the order through the customer pages, and you must notify us of the cancellation via email at [email protected].

Note: If a renewal invoice has already been generated for the service, please also notify us of the cancellation at [email protected] to cancel the invoice. You can view any outstanding invoices through your customer pages.

The cancellation of the order through the customer pages can be done as follows:

Cancellation of web hosting service:

  1. Log in to the customer page at https://login.domainkeskus.com/

  2. Select "Services"

  3. Select "Cancel your order" next to the service you wish to cancel.

  4. Briefly state the reason for the cancellation, and make sure to check the type of cancellation

    Cancellation type: Immediately

    -> The service will be removed immediately upon the cancellation request, even if the service has been paid for a longer period

    Cancellation type: At the end of the billing period

    -> The service will be removed at the end of the current billing period

  5. Cancel your order

If there was an error in the cancellation request, or if you wish to continue using the service, please contact customer service promptly at [email protected].

Cancellation of the domain:

  1. Select "Domains" from the main view of the customer page

  2. Click on the gear icon (Manage domain)

  3. Disable domain renewal
