In Plesk control panel, you can create new users and assign them roles that allow or restrict certain actions.

1. Creating a new user:

1.1 Click on the "Users" menu and then click on the "Create User Account" button.

1.2 Enter the necessary information for the new user.

2. User roles:

2.1 Go to the "User Roles" tab. And create a new user by clicking "Create a user role".

2.2 Select the desired roles for the user.

2.3 Enable the user role.
