It is possible to create subdomains for a domain. A subdomain can be used for various purposes, such as assisting in building a new website or serving as the foundation for an e-commerce platform. Below is a quick guide on how to create a subdomain through the Plesk control panel.

Note: If you don't see the "Add Subdomain" button in the Plesk control panel or encounter an error when clicking it, please contact our customer service.

1. Log in to the Plesk control panel using the credentials provided in the service activation message.

2. Click on "Add Subdomain"

3. A new window will open where you need to specify the subdomain name and the home folder name. The URL for the subdomain will always be in the format of www.subdomain.maindomain.xxx. At the bottom of the window, you can also enable Git support if needed.

4. Finally, click "OK" The subdomain is now added.

5. Configure the DNS settings for the subdomain either through the DNS management interface (credentials can be obtained from customer service) or using the host file. You can find the correct IP address for the redirection in the "Websites & Domains" view.

If you are unsure how to set up the DNS redirection for the subdomain, please contact our customer service for assistance.
