You can find the file sharing settings by opening the detailed information of the file. Click on the three-dot symbol next to the desired file in the file management view, and then select "Details." This will open the file's detailed information and additional settings on the right side.

1. Share link: By clicking on the corresponding symbol, a direct sharing link to the file will be copied to the clipboard. The three-dot symbol highlighted with a red line in the image provides additional sharing options.

  2. Others with access: Here you can check the users who have permission to read/edit the file.

  3. Internal link: By clicking on the symbol, a direct sharing link to the file will be copied to the clipboard, but it will only work for users who have permission to read the file.

  4. Add to a project: Add the file to a project.

From the first option, "Share link," accessed through the three-dot symbol, you can specify specific features for public sharing:

In the pop-up window, you can perform the following actions:

  1. Share label: Specify a name for the shared file.

  2. Allow editing: The recipient of the shared link can edit the file.

  3. Hide download: The recipient cannot download the file.

  4. Password protect: Set a password for the shared link, which needs to be entered to access the file.

  5. Set expiration date: The shared link will expire after a specified date.

  6. Note to recipient: Add a message for the recipient of the shared link.

  7. Unshare: Stop sharing the file; the shared link will no longer work, and the file will not be shared with others.

  8. Add another link: Create another public sharing link with the same customizable rights.
