Once you have subscribed to PrivateVPN service from us, you can find the download link for the application on our client page. The same download link is also provided here: https://privatevpn.com/client/privatevpn-win-new.exe

On the same client page, you can also check your service credentials and change your password. Start by clicking on the PrivateVPN product on the front page of the client page:

Then, at the bottom of the page, you will find the download links, credentials, and password change option:

Click on the Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 -button, and you will be directed to the PrivateVPN download page. Depending on your browser settings, the installation package will either start downloading automatically or prompt you to save the file. Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded installation package on your computer and open it.

At this point, Windows may ask for permission to open the file. After granting permission, the installation process will begin. During the installation, you may also be asked for permission to install the TAP adapter, which you should accept for the successful installation. The installation program will install the PrivateVPN application on your computer, and when it is finished, a login window will appear.

Click on the "Log In" button to enter your login credentials, those being your username and password. After that, the PrivateVPN application will be ready to use!
