To transfer a domain registration from one service provider to another, you need a transfer key or registrar change key for .FI domains. This code is provided to the new service provider, who will then take over the registration of the domain. You can find this key on your customer pages.

To access the customer pages, click on the "Log in" button in the top right corner of our website. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. The email address is set as the contact address for the original order and serves as your username for the customer pages.

For existing customers, there is a section that says "Already a customer? Log in here" which directs you to log in to our old customer pages. The old customer pages will be discontinued in the future, and customers will be transferred to the new customer pages. Therefore, this guide only covers the usage of the new customer pages.

Once you have logged in to the customer pages, you will find a menu on the left side of the page. Under the "Domains" section, there is another sub-item called "Domains". This is where you can find your registered domains.

Click on the gear symbol in the list to open the management page for the desired domain.

On the right side of the page, you will find "Retrieve transfer key/registrar change key." By clicking on this, the service will retrieve and display the transfer/change key for your domain.
